3D models (STL)
You can download the following 3D models in STL format to print them on your 3D printer.
There are two variants of 3D models that are screwed together: One variant is intended for direct screwing. The screws grip directly into the plastic. This is cheaper, but does not endure many screwings. The second variant is intended for threaded inserts. These inserts can be melted into the plastic with a soldering iron and have the advantage that the screw finds a suitable thread and can be screwed as often as desired. The models are designed for M2 threaded inserts with a height of 3 mm.
Assembly helper
The assembly helper will hold the three PCBs and the Raspberry Piin place to easily solder them together.
Display cutout helper
The cutting helper makes it easier to cut out the display opening.
Shoulder button holder
This is the shoulder button holder that screws onto the shoulder button board. There is a variant for direct screwing and one for threaded inserts.
Display holder
The display holder is specially designed for the 3.5" DPI display and for the additional buttons on the front panel. The back case as well as the board are also screwed to the display holder. There are three variants:
- A one-piece version for fixed gluing of the display and for direct screwing into the plastic.
- A one-piece version for fixed gluing of the display, but for threaded inserts for screwing the back of the case and the board. There are three threaded inserts needed.
- A four-piece version, in which all parts are screwed with threaded inserts. Thus, the display can be changed later if necessary. There are seven threaded inserts needed.
